“Kyoto Creative Game Jam: Games for Good” will be held at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies for four days from November 8 (Friday) to November 11 (Monday), 2024.

This event is a 4-day game creation hackathon, including workshops/seminars, with invited game development experts from the U.S. and Japan on the theme of solving social issues. The winning team at the Game Jam (game development hackathon) will have the opportunity to receive a 4-month remote mentorship (from November 2024 to March 2025. The winning team will not only receive a 4-month remote mentorship (from November 2024 to March 2025, about 1 hour per month), but will also receive a total of 4 million yen worth of development support. This event is an excellent opportunity to develop a game with a social impact theme. Game developers, those with no game development experience, and those interested in solving social issues are encouraged to apply.
