Mystery novel “Kyoto Teramachi Sanjo no Holmes” written by Mai Mochizuki.
Kura is an antique store located in the Teramachi Sanjo shopping street. The store owner’s son, Kiyotaka Iegashira, is nicknamed ”Holmes” because he has an eye for discerning the value of things and a keen intuition. Aoi Mashiro, a high school girl, meets Kiyotaka by chance and ends up working part-time at the storehouse. The two solve requests related to antiques brought into the store one after another. Based on the comic version of this novel that takes place in the streets of Kyoto, it was made into an anime in July 2018, and is currently being broadcast on TV.
We will introduce the scenery of Kyoto that appears in the anime in several parts, as if following the TV broadcast.

The story was about Kiyotaka and Aoi visiting Mt. Kurama.

The two take the Eizan train through the maple tunnel and head towards Kurama Station. We will stop at Kurama Temple, which is right near Kurama Station, and then take the Eizan train again to Kibuneguchi Station. From there, head to Kibune Shrine. The deity enshrined at Kifune Shrine is called the god of water. The “Water fortune-telling”, which you float in the sacred water within the shrine grounds and see the results, is also popular, and Aoi also drew this fortune-telling fortune. There is a matchmaking shrine called Yuinoyashiro within the precincts, and many worshipers visit to receive divine blessings for good matches. Perhaps Kiyotaka stopped by Kibune Shrine to cheer up Aoi, who is stuck in her past love. Kibune, a popular tourist spot, is also famous for its beautiful fresh greenery. The couple ate at Kawadoko, a Kifune summer tradition where you can enjoy Kyoto cuisine while listening to the murmuring of the Kibune River. Kawadoko, affectionately known as “Kyoto’s inner parlor”, is available from May 1st to September 30th.
